Argemela, historic mountain and home of unique Iberian Turquoise.
Ancient peoples lived in a hill-fort which was dismantled by the Roman invasion culminating with Julius Caesar in 67 BC. Once again the big and powerful want to destroy this beautiful mountain with an open-cast mining operation for lithium. This would have a widespread negative environmental impact on the region, it's wildlife, rivers and population.
